York, PA- January 30, 2023— Investment Real Estate, LLC (IRE) announces the hiring of Brian Davis as the Vice President of Development & Construction. Brian will be leading the Investment Real Estate Construction (IREC) team. He will also serve on the leadership team for the company. Brian will help to set organization-wide goals and will guide strategic planning. Brian has more than 20 years of successful construction and facilities maintenance experience.
Most recently, he served as the Senior Project Manager of FCL Builders, where he oversaw several large scale construction projects including warehouses, distribution centers, and cold storage facilities in the Northeast. Prior to that, Brian was a Senior Facilities Manager with Extra Space Storage in the Mid-Atlantic region.
