Heather Valudes became the President & CEO of The Lancaster Chamber at the end of June 2022.  Heather recently served as the Vice President of the Lancaster Chamber.  She joined the Chamber in 2011 as the Advocacy Director with a focus on government affairs and community impact. Since that time, she has continued to advance that work while also leading events and programs strategy and engaging in the overall operations and strategic direction of the organization.

Tom is responsible for leading the strategic vision of business development and member relationship activities of the organization. He is also responsible for managing the Chamber’s Value Add and Ambassador programs.

Julie Houck

As Finance Director, Julie oversees the fiscal operations of the Chamber, including the Foundation and Biz-Corp with value-adds – this allows the team to track the strategic initiatives of the organization to allow the Chamber to better serve the needs of the business community.

Justin develops and implements a comprehensive communications and marketing strategy for the organization, focuses on storytelling to illustrate the Chamber’s mission and strategic priorities, and refines and implements the Chamber brand to ensure cohesion across all communications and marketing efforts.

Molly Crouser

In this role, Molly is responsible for the Chamber’s signature events like State of the County and Annual Dinner, as well as collaborating on events, programs, and initiatives that support the strategic direction of the organization. Molly is also responsible for the development and sales of sponsorships and representing and building relationships with strategic community partners. Molly cohosts the “What’s on Tap, Lancaster!” podcast.

In this role, Yolanda oversees Human Resources including benefits administration and organizational culture, day-to-day internal operations functions, acts as a liaison for volunteers, and coordinates administrative components for senior leadership.

Katharine builds, implements, and manages all aspects of the government affairs program of the Lancaster Chamber, inclusive of a pro-business agenda, policy research, grassroots efforts, managing issues committees, working with elected officials, and coordinating educational opportunities, while representing the interests of the business community at the federal, state, and local levels.

Tom supports all internal operations of the Chamber including but not limited to: assisting with the creation, preparation and mailing of Chamber publications and direct mail pieces; providing the materials and ancillary support to the staff to help them accomplish their scope of work; and maintaining the appearance and readiness of the facility for internal and external users.

In this role Juliane coordinates the Inspire Lancaster Platform as well as supports and develops business and education partnerships to strengthen the talent pipeline in Lancaster County. As the Business & Education Coordinator, she develops and maintains relationships with businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations. Her role identifies, supports, and/or leads opportunities to collaborate on initiatives that enhance students’ workplace readiness skills, offer educator exposure to local industry and business leaders, and directly connects businesses and educators to work-based learning opportunities for students. Juliane is also the Co-Chair for the Career Ready Lancaster! marketing committee.

Ashley Glensor serves as the Programs and Marketing Specialist at the Lancaster Chamber. Ashley develops strategic programming related to workforce development, best business practices, networking, and strengthening the talent pipeline, including career exploration, mentoring, and niche communities: the Chamber’s Young Professionals Network and Women in Business. Ashley writes and cohosts the “What’s on Tap, Lancaster!” podcast.

Laurel manages the Chamber’s database software, ensuring the accuracy of data in the Chamber’s database, maintaining functionality of the software, and assisting with utilizing the data, which is vital to the success of Chamber membership, initiatives, and projects.

Sandi leads, directs, and manages volunteer groups involved in accomplishing the scope of responsibilities for successful implementation of programs, events, and resources for the NxtGen Young Women and Young Men Discovering Paths Mentoring Programs.

In this role, Abby provides support for the Chamber’s programs and events by handling attendee registration and invoicing, post-event reconciliation, and providing pre, during, and post-event logistical support. Abby also handles networking events, professional development, Leadercast, Industry Tours, and other events. She serves as a primary point of contact for Chamber members and the community.
