In the past, the Foundation has housed the Leadership Lancaster program and supported initiatives around immigration, workforce transportation connections, student and teacher career and workplace exploration, and more. In addition, the Foundation hosted the Lancaster Chamber’s capital campaign for the development of 115 East King Street – our headquarters and that of many of our key community partners advancing economic opportunity in Lancaster County.

Today, the Foundation continues to support efforts that drive positive change by aligning to our work in talent development and diversity, equity, and inclusion. We continue to seek opportunities to meet emerging needs of our business community and ensure that we are providing resources and solutions to meet their needs today and into the future. By differentiating our charitable work from the business of the Chamber, we can provide another avenue for our Board, Members, and Partnering Foundations to invest in our short- and long-term work.
