Zane Browne
Owner/President
Fetch Home Management
Fetch Home Management started by accident. I bought my first rental property after leaving the military, and it became a crash course in what landlords deal with: bad tenants, slow contractors, 2am calls, no systems to fall back on. I saw landlords across Central PA self-managing out of necessity, not choice — a real gap for a company that treats properties like a business, not a favor. About eight years ago, I built Fetch around it.

Madra Gibson
Managing Director
Reology Studio
REeology grew out of a family business where many hours were spent playing and upcycling by-products. Those early experiences developed a passion for giving things new life, REpurposing, REimagining, and creating something beautiful from what already existed. That passion eventually inspired the creation of a space where others could do the same with their own ideas and celebrations.

Lancaster Cast Iron
My business partner, Brandon, and I met in college and had a mutual interest in small business. coming out of backgrounds where our parents both started businesses of their own. We spent time working after college and had formative experiences in manufacturing and marketing. In 2018 we both quit our jobs with the plan to start a business together.

Mohammed Khilo Chef/Co-Owner Kaliden Abdulrahman Chef
We first learned about the opportunity at Southern Market, and around that time we had been dreaming of sharing our culture and authentic Syrian-Kurdish cuisine with the Lancaster community. That opportunity encouraged us to take the next step and turn that dream into reality. This environment of robust small-business ecosystem in Lancaster and PA continues to enable us as a small business to grow and prosper.

Katie & Eric Roering
Co-Founders
Fontana Candle
Fontana started after my husband, Eric Roering, and I were gifted a name-brand candle made with synthetic fragrance and paraffin wax in 2017. We rarely burned candles in our home, but while baking Christmas cookies one night, we decided to light it. After one successful day selling our candles at a local maker’s market, we realized we had created something people were looking for. That was the beginning of Fontana!

How to Choose the Marketing Channels That Actually Matter
Ivy House Creative
One of the biggest mistakes we see small business owners make is believing good marketing means being everywhere, all the time. So they spread themselves thin trying to feed every platform, chase every trend and appease every algorithm, usually while also, you know, running an actual business. Here’s your permission slip: You do not need to be everywhere. You just need to be in the right places.
Hiring and Promoting Employees: What Small Business Owners Should Know
Jinada Rochelle LLC
Small businesses are the foundation of our economy, creating opportunities for emerging leaders and strengthening their communities. Your business may be small by industry standards, but its impact can be significant. Thank you for taking the leap to start and grow your business. As you grow one of the first things you will begin to consider is who to hire and eventually who to promote. These two tasks can make or break an organization.
Is Your Technology Helping or Holding Your Business Back
CHS Tech Solutions
Small businesses tend to build their technology as they grow. You add a computer when you hire someone. Subscribe to software when you need it. Add another phone line. Replace equipment when it finally gives up. Create a workaround for something annoying and, somehow, that “temporary” workaround is still part of the process three years later. Eventually, you end up with a collection of technology that technically works but doesn’t necessarily work together. So, how do you know when it’s time to take a closer look?
