Ordinary People. Extraordinary Impact.
Last Thursday, more than 2,000 business and community leaders gathered for the Lancaster Chamber’s 154th Annual Dinner to celebrate leadership, community impact, and the collective accomplishments shaping Lancaster County.
The evening also honored four distinguished award recipients whose contributions have strengthened our business community and region.
Returning to the Annual Dinner stage ten years after his first appearance, keynote speaker Malcolm Gladwell challenged attendees to think differently about one of today’s most pressing issues: trust.
Drawing from examples in healthcare, business, and society, Gladwell argued that trust is not built through competence alone, but through authentic connection, shared values, and a willingness to communicate who we are and what we stand for.
