Discovering Paths
Help shape and grow the future leaders of our local workforce by providing guidance, sharing wisdom, and offering encouragement to high school-aged students from a local school through a one-on-one mentoring relationship. Activities include job shadowing and special learning and professional development.
Women in Business (WIB)
The NxtGen Mentoring Program facilitates the peer-to-peer pairing of women within the Lancaster community to provide support, inspire growth, and offer insight on personal and professional challenges. The program is designed to foster long-term relationships that contribute to a strong local workforce as well as an equitable and prosperous Lancaster County.
Young Professionals Network (YPN)
The NxtGen Mentoring Program facilitates the pairing of young professionals and leaders within the Lancaster community to guide and inspire the next generation of leaders through professional and personal growth. The program is designed to foster long-term relationships that contribute to a strong local workforce as well as an equitable and prosperous Lancaster County
