National wage data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) doesn’t always reflect what’s happening right here in our County. Yet as businesses grow, so does the need to make data-based decisions. And it doesn’t help you to compare your wages to the businesses in other states like North Carolina.
The solution? Lancaster Chamber’s Wage & Benefits Report. But a good polished report must first have solid data. That’s where you come in.
Your Participation Matters
Every year, the Lancaster Chamber gathers wage and benefit data from businesses across the county to create a valuable resource for employers.
It’s more than just industry insights. Your contributions give us real local data that helps build a clearer picture of local compensation trends and benefits. These insights support you in making better decisions for your business, ensuring Lancaster businesses have the data they need to attract and retain talent.
What’s New This Year

What You Get From Participating:
Pay Percentiles & Benefits benchmarks
You’ll receive percentile wages broken out by industry, business size, and shift type once data is release. This gives you a look at what other employers are offering for PTO, medical, and over 25+ benefit categories.
Charts and data, side-by-side
You will be able to toggle between charts-only, data-only, or both, making the data easy to read.
Data Filterable views & Export Reports
You will have the ability to sort data by business size, industry sector, employee type, or shift. You can then download any results as a pdf or csv for your own analysis, board packet, or compensation review.
