Now more than ever it’s critical to reset and learn about the current state of the business and community landscape in Lancaster at one of our most popular signature events of the year: State Of The County on March 22.

We’re bringing this event to you virtually this year and will feature community partner experts who will offer insight on several key topics crucial to business and community success as we move forward in 2021 and beyond.

MEET THE SPEAKERS:

ECONOMYNaomi Young, Director of the Center for Regional Analysis with Economic Development Company of Lancaster County, will provide an outlook on the current state of the economy and an assessment of factors impacting 2021.

GOVERNMENT: Remarks from Commissioner Josh Parsons, County of Lancaster,on local, County government, with a focus on the role the County plays in leading the community through the pandemic.

EDUCATION: Hear from Pedro Rivera, President of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, to learn how we can support educational institutions as they move forward in the pandemic-era and post-pandemic.

NON-PROFITS: Kevin ResslerPresident and CEO of the United Way of Lancaster County, will share the pulse of the non-profit community, and its impact on and advancement of our community.

WELL-BEING: Learn from Dr. Mike Diller, Director of the Employee Assistance Program at Wellspan,about current community trends on the well-being of people, specifically the how prolonged strains on mental health are impacting the workforce.

HEALTH: Hear from Jan Bergen, Former President & CEO of Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, on the state of healthcare, both as it relates to COVID and more broadly how healthcare is evolving/changing.
