LANCASTER, Pa., May 30, 2023 —Saxton & Stump has recently added Amanda B. Wirls, a professional with a 15-year career in HR, including more than a decade of management and director experience. The move is a part of the firm’s strategic growth plan, which saw the firm add 20 new attorneys so far in 2023. Wirls joins several senior human resources professionals at Saxton & Stump and the firm’s strategic HR partner, TREW HR. She will assist with the daily and strategic HR initiatives for Saxton & Stump, as well as providing outsource and ad hoc HR services through TREW. Wirls has overseen the HR department for companies with hundreds of employees throughout central Pennsylvania and beyond.

At Saxton & Stump, she will help lead the human resources department as well as work with the firm’s strategic partner company TREW, a dynamic HR consulting firm that provides comprehensive and strategic support to businesses. She will perform day-to-day tasks such as recruiting, training, hiring, benefits and payroll and lead long-term projects as well.
Wirls is a graduate of Millersville University, is PHR certified and is a Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional. She is a member of career advancement advisory boards at both Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology and the Lancaster County Career & Technology Center. Wirls is also a member of the board of directors at Camp Cadet of Lancaster County.
