These 30 outstanding young professionals are being recognized for their professional achievements, leadership, community involvement, and potential for the future.

From growing in their careers to giving back to the community, each honoree represents the talent, passion, and dedication that make Lancaster such a great place to live and work. We are proud to celebrate their accomplishments and look forward to seeing all they continue to achieve!
