We are excited to share the Lancaster County business leaders who have recently been named as nominees for our Board of Trustees. 

Members of the Lancaster Chamber may also propose the nomination of additional individuals by submitting a recommendation in writing accompanied by signatures from 5% of the membership. Additional nominees may be submitted through Friday, November 15, 2024.

Dara Bachman, JD LL.M CFP
EVP, President, Fulton Private Bank

In her role as President, Dara leads Fulton Private Bank’s efforts to meet the evolving needs of High-Wage Earning and High-Net-Worth Clients. Dara joined Fulton Private Bank from a private multi-family office where she proactively crafted and executed plans to help families across the country steward, preserve and transfer the wealth they worked so hard to create. She is skilled in the art of navigating personal conversations around wealth, including among generations, and understands the nuances of multigenerational wealth.

Dara practiced law for nearly a decade, initially in a national law firm, based in Philadelphia, and then in a mid-sized regional law firm, based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. During her time as a practicing attorney, Dara’s practice and passion were helping closely-held business owners develop and implement succession plans and personal estate plans while minimizing taxes. Early in her legal career, Dara earned her Masters of Laws in Taxation (LL.M) from Villanova University School of Law and more recently earned her Certified Financial Planner® Certification.

Dara is active in her community and has served as a director of a variety of non-profit boards, including in executive leadership positions. Presently, she serves as Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation and as a Director on the Board of Directors of Hospice & Community Care.


Aimée Deraco
CEO, Brubaker Inc.

Aimée Deraco is a dynamic and results-driven leader and serves as the President & CEO of Brubaker Inc, a 100% employee-owned home service and commercial construction company. Prior to Brubaker Inc, Aimée has had a long career leading business in Lancaster County in a variety of industries.

Her professional achievements include being named to the Forty Under 40 in 2006, a Best 50 Women in Business in 2007, recipient of the Lancaster Chamber’s Athena Award in 2009, earning the 25 Women of Influence Award in 2010, winning the Women of Influence Community Service Award in 2011, and recently being named Lancaster Chamber’s 2024 Small Business Person of the Year.

Aimée currently serves on the ABC Keystone Board of Directors and volunteers with the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a mentor with the Discovering Paths program, a member of the Athena Award Selection Committee and the Strategic planning committee.


Brad Mowbray
SVP & Managing Director – Residential Division, High Real Estate Group

Brad Mowbray joined High Real Estate Group (HREG) in January 2014 and is responsible for leading the operation and growth efforts of the Company’s Residential division. Mr. Mowbray has over 25 years of experience in the real estate, investment banking and private equity markets, having closed $2.25 billion in transactions, including the acquisition and development of 10,000 apartment units.

Since joining HREG, Mr. Mowbray has closed $600M in multifamily investment across 22 development and existing property acquisitions. Notable projects include the mixed-use Crossings at Conestoga Creek development, a 4-property portfolio acquisition in Lancaster, PA, and the recent completion of Founders Yard, a 341-unit luxury development in Charleston, SC.

Prior to joining High, Mr. Mowbray worked in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Legg Mason. He later led the east coast multifamily acquisition efforts for Jefferson Apartment Group (formerly JPI). As its Director of Acquisitions, Mr. Mowbray had annual budget responsibilities of more than $100 million in opportunistic and core multifamily acquisitions. In 2011 he left Jefferson Apartment Group to join the Silverwood Companies as its Vice President of Investments.

Mr. Mowbray received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Richmond. He is a current Board Member of the Pennsylvania Apartment Association and has served on several other non-profit Boards. Additionally, Mr. Mowbray is an active member of the National Multi Housing Council and has worked on furthering affordable housing initiatives in our communities.


Michael Reynolds
General Manager, Lancaster Stormers

Michael Reynolds joined the Lancaster Stormers as General Manager in the fall of 2016. Prior to his leadership in Lancaster, he notably served as Team President for the Reno Bighorns, and Director of Sales for Madison Square Garden and the Houston Comets. Michael started his career with the Connecticut Sun of the WNBA. During his tenure with the Lancaster Stormers the team has won two Atlantic League Championships, the Stadium has been named the “Best MLB Partner League Stadium” three times and he has been awarded the “Jon Klein Executive of the Year” in 2019 and 2023. The Stadium has become a Community Center hosting guests onsite for events more than 320 days a year.

While ticket sales are what keep the business component alive, Michael is most passionate about memories being made at the stadium and community inclusivity. Outside of the office, Michael enjoys coaching his kids’ baseball, softball, and basketball teams. He and his wife, Nicole, have an active and happy home filled with four young children Macey, Rylee, Michael Jr and Kennedy and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Beau, and German Shephard, Koda.
