In celebration of Women’s History Month, we’re thrilled to share more about the revitalization of our Women in Business program to further the Chamber’s mission to create a thriving community for all.

Women in Business (WIB) equips professional women across Lancaster County with the connections, strategies, and resources needed to navigate challenges and achieve success in the workplace.

Our Women’s Roundtable fosters meaningful peer-to-peer connection and discussion for professional businesswomen and owners in an invigorating and confidential environment. The Roundtable is designed to encourage participants to exchange insight, offer feedback, and express challenges they’re facing as female founders, owners, and future leaders while cultivating a valuable network.

Walk away from our Lattes and Leadership sessions feeling ignited and inspired by the personal journeys and lessons in leadership from local businesswomen in our community.

WIB Connect networking events are hosted periodically throughout the year and are free to Members and Subscribers. WIB Connect is a fantastic opportunity to engage with women across Lancaster County.

The We Rise Luncheon is a yearly opportunity for meaningful discussion and practical takeaways for women and allies on an issue impacting women in the workplace.

The Lancaster Chamber’s Professional Women’s Forum is a half-day program for professional women and allies dedicated to the advancement of women in the workplace. Save the date for October 4 at the DoubleTree by Hilton to be part of this year’s program!
