We’re excited to welcome four leaders to the Lancaster Chamber Board of Trustees. These individuals will serve a three-year term, from 2022-2025.

Please help us in welcoming Rachel Gallagher, Senior General Manager at Park City Center, Miguel Nistal, President and CEO of Woodstream, Michel Vermette, President and CEO of Armstrong Flooring, Inc., and Stacy Whisel, President of Godfrey.

In addition, current Board of Trustees members have moved into new roles on the Executive Committee. J. Seroky, President of High Concrete, is the new Chair; Carrie Willets, Senior Vice President of Wellspan Health, is the Chair Elect; and Donna Kreiser, Co-Chair, Financial Services & Public Finance Group at McNees Wallace & Nurick, LLC, is now on the Executive Committee as well.

We asked the four new members of the Lancaster Chamber Board of Trustees, Miguel, Stacy, Michel, and Rachel, to answer a few questions so you can get to know them better. Check out their answers below!

Miguel A. Nistal – President and CEO of Woodstream

What is the best thing about living and/or working in Lancaster County?

The beautiful landscape, friendly people, safety, and convenient access to larger cities.

What is the most valuable aspect of Membership in the Chamber?

The opportunity to share best practices, and receive best practices of local businesses.

Why do you serve on the Chamber’s Board of Trustees?

To be able to bring some of my experience in business to the Chamber that may be shared with others as well as learn how my company can help the broader business community.

Stacy Whisel – President of Godfrey

What is the best thing about living and/or working in Lancaster County?

The kind and caring people that make this a welcoming community.

What is the most valuable aspect of Membership in the Chamber?

The opportunity to connect with other business leaders and learn/discuss challenges, ideas and solutions.

Why do you serve on the Chamber’s Board of Trustees?

To support the mission and give back to an organization that has been a great resource for our company.

Michel Vermette – President and CEO of Armstrong Flooring, Inc.

What is the best thing about living and/or working in Lancaster County?

Everything is close and you can walk everywhere.

What is the most valuable aspect of Membership in the Chamber?

The connections and networking.

Why do you serve on the Chamber’s Board of Trustees?

Armstrong Flooring has a rich history with Lancaster and as we reinvent the company I thought it was important that we reconnect with the community.

The people and great sense of community.

What is the most valuable aspect of Membership in the Chamber?

The most valuable aspect of membership in the Chamber are the networking and education opportunities offered at the variety of events the Chamber hosts.

Why do you serve on the Chamber’s Board of Trustees?

I serve on the Chamber’s Board of Trustees to be of service to the local business community and hope that my contribution helps the Chamber continue its role in making Lancaster a great place to live and work.
