Over the last several months, the Chamber has added several new team members to the organization, including Fall Interns. We would like to introduce you to our 2022 Fall Interns: Kelly Phan, Joslyn Yates and Megan Nauroth!
Kelly Phan, Visual Communications Intern
Meet Kelly Phan, our Fall 2022 Visual Communications Intern. Kelly is a recent graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Arts and Design, graduating with a Bachelor in Fine Arts focusing on graphic design.
As a Visual Communications Intern, Kelly will be responsible for creating compelling graphic content for social media and traditional marketing materials.

Where did you work previously before your role here at the Chamber?
- Previously, I was mainly freelancing in graphic design after I graduated.
What do you love most about Lancaster County?
- I grew up here in Lancaster, so I got to see how much the city has grown. I love seeing the progression in diversity, food, culture, the ARTS!, and the sense of community. It’s everything that makes a city, a home.
What is your Spirit Animal?
- Recently, it’s the Capybara. I think they’re so cute and funny looking. I love their calm and relaxed nature.

Joslyn Yates, Communications & Marketing Intern
Meet Joslyn Yates, our Fall 2022 Communications and Marketing Intern. Joslyn is a senior at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, studying Communications and Media with a focus on Strategic Communications and a minor in Digital Marketing.
As a Communications and Marketing Intern, Joslyn will assist the Communications and Marketing Director in implementing and strategically developing the organizational brand and overall communications while promoting our events, programs, and mission.

Where did you work previously before your role here at the Chamber?
- Over the summer, I was a Communications Intern for the Chester County Intermediate Unit.
What do you love most about Lancaster County?
- I love that Lancaster County is a big pot of many cultures. Growing up here, I have always felt included, been exposed to various opportunities and experienced many cultures and people. The city’s rapid transformation has also been very exciting to witness, with more and more businesses opening up.
What is your Spirit Animal?
- Definitely a Lion! I love that they symbolize leadership, courage and royalty.

Megan Nauroth, Data Management Intern
Meet Megan Nauroth, our Fall 2022 Data Management Intern. Megan is a Junior at Elizabethtown College studying Mathematical Business with a Data Analytics Minor.
As a Data Management Intern, Megan will be responsible for organizing, scrubbing, and calculating data for the Wage and Benefits survey.

Where did you work previously before your role here at the Chamber?
- Before my role as a Data Management Intern at the Chamber, I was and continue to be a full-time student at Elizabethtown College where I am working towards my degree in Mathematical Business and Data Analytics.
What do you love most about Lancaster County?
- My favorite part of Lancaster County is the variety that it offers. A short drive can get you from the city to open farmlands. I also love that it is the home of my college, Elizabethtown College.
What is your Spirit Animal?
- My dog (Mickey)
