Cultivate also provides a platform for organizations who support small businesses to empower, collaborate, and strategically work towards a more prosperous and vibrant small business economy in Lancaster County.

We host sessions focused on equipping small businesses with the resources they need to succeed. While this is called the Small Business Series it’s not just for small businesses. We encourage anyone to participate, no matter the size of your business.

A facilitated networking event where attendees will move between groups and make new connections. Have an elevator speech ready so you can discuss yourself, your company, your role, and more! Get Connected is all about creating connections between people. Some people refer to it as speed dating for networking!
