Our Digital Article Series installment this week is our first article from our new TECH ISSUE of Thriving that highlights, "Roxy" and "Rosie," two robot assistants that help nurses with non-clinical tasks like delivering supplies, freeing up nurses to focus more on patient care. These robots, built by Diligent Robotics, navigate the hospital autonomously, aiding in efficiency without replacing human jobs. The two-year pilot program exemplifies Penn Medicine's commitment to using innovative technology to enhance healthcare workers' roles and improve patient experience.
