The workforce is changing, are you keeping pace? Our survey can help you find out.
The Lancaster Chamber’s 2025 Wage & Policy Survey is open right now, and if you’re an employer in the region, this is your opportunity to get a clear picture of how your wages and policies stack up against the competition, locally and regionally.
“The Wage & Policies Survey has been a valuable resource for our business. It provides helpful insight into how other local employers are approaching compensation and benefits, which supports our efforts to stay competitive and attract strong talent.”
Stacy Whisel, President, GODFREY
Here’s why it matters (and why we’ve made it easier than ever to take part):
Start Now, Finish Later
We get it, things are always busy. That’s why we’ve designed a survey with flexibility in mind. Just get it started before the deadline, and you’ll have a full two extra weeks to finish after your start date. This gives you the opportunity to take your time and not need to drop everything to get it done in one sitting.
We’re Making It Easy
Not sure where to start? We’re here to help. From navigating job categories to understanding what info to include, we’ve got your back. If you completed the survey in the past you can even request your data from last year be sent directly to you -making it way easier to pull everything together.
Need a hand? Just reach out. We’re happy to guide you through it. Contact Mason Hagen, our Wage & Policies Intern at wbintern@lancasterchamber.com.
“Participating in the survey each year gives us a clear, benchmarked picture of where we stand—both internally and externally. We use the information to assist with strategic planning, in particular for new hires, insurance benefits and paid time off policies. “
Angie Havice, Director of Human Resources, Brubaker, Inc.
Discounts + Early Access = Win,Win
When you participate, you’ll get a substantial discount on the final report which helps with planning, budgeting, and making informed decisions that keep you competitive in today’s dynamic job market.
New This Year! : Regional Comparisons
This year’s report includes something new that we’re really excited about: for the first time, you’ll be able to compare your data not just with Lancaster County, but with South Central PA as well. If you’re hiring beyond county lines or just curious how you stack up regionally, this new feature adds major value and leverage in the South Central PA area.
““[The Wage & Policy Report] is extremely important for employers to offer fair and competitive wages and benefits to all of their employees. Participating and utilizing wage surveys helps businesses to attract and retain top talent, as well as to help with eliminating gaps due to gender or race.”
Denise Jones, CPP, Sr. Director of Payroll & Compensation, Woodstream
Why Your Participation Matters
The more employers that participate, the stronger and more useful the data becomes. When you take the time to contribute, you’re not just helping your own business, you’re helping build a more informed, competitive, and connected business community.
Thank you for helping build a stronger Lancaster business community. Your voice matters, by sharing your data, you’re shaping the future of our local workforce and helping Lancaster thrive!
