Katie Young, Events Manager

The Events Manager oversees the planning, logistics, and execution of the Lancaster Chamber’s special events. This role manages budgets, vendors, venues, and volunteer groups while ensuring seamless event delivery and meeting the standards of excellence for participant experiences. Katie will collaborate with internal teams on marketing and sponsorships, track event performance metrics, and identify opportunities for enhancements.

• Not necessarily hidden, but I am REALLY good at baking bread. Baguettes, loaves, you name it
