Lindsey M. Cook
Esquire Partner, Barley Snyder
Lindsey is a partner in Barley Snyder’s Litigation Practice Group and co- chairs the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Service Team. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation, handling a variety of matters including contract disputes, construction defects, and intellectual property claims. She also has experience handling insurance coverage issues. In addition, Lindsey serves as a panel member arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association resolving complex disputes.
Lindsey is a native of Lancaster County. She graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland with an English major and earned her juris doctorate, magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. She later taught Trial Advocacy as an Adjunct Professor for her law school. Lindsey is currently serving as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Clare House in Lancaster and has been actively involved with the Lancaster Chamber’s Women in Business.

Larissa (Lacy) Galambos, CPA, MSA
Chief Financial Officer, Landmark Homes
Larissa Galambos is an accomplished financial executive and licensed Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience spanning public accounting and corporate finance. As Chief Financial Officer of Landmark Homes, an award-winning, family-owned builder and developer serving Central Pennsylvania, she oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and banking relations, driving fiscal discipline and sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Landmark Homes, she held a leadership role at Acuity Advisors and CPAs, LLP where she specialized in serving closely held businesses, partnerships, S corporations, and high-net-worth individuals with pass-through entity taxation, compliance, and strategic advisory services.
Larissa Galambos holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from New England College, maintains active CPA licensure, and is a member of the AICPA and PICPA. Additionally, she holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Spanish and International Studies from Millersville University of Pennsylvania where she studied abroad at the University of Burgos in Burgos, Spain.
Outside of work, Larissa Galambos enjoys spending quality time with her husband, children, and beloved dogs. Whether exploring the outdoors, traveling together, or simply relaxing at home, she values the balance and joy that family life brings.

DaWit Teklai,
Vice President of Manufacturing, Ecore International
DaWit Teklai is an accomplished manufacturing and operations leader with extensive experience driving productivity, quality, and organizational excellence across global manufacturing environments. He currently serves as Vice President of Manufacturing at Ecore International, where he leads strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, team engagement, and sustainable growth. Prior to that DaWit Spent over 20 years at Armstrong Flooring starting as a Process Engineer and progressing to Plant Manager at and Director of Continuous Improvement.
DaWit holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering for Penn State and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. In his spare time, he likes to travel and play soccer as much as possible.

Lisa Hawthorne
President & CEO, Willow Valley Communities
Ms. Hawthorne brings more than 28 years of expertise in senior living and health care, with a distinguished career that spans development, operations, marketing, and finance. She has played a pivotal role in over 100 senior living community developments nationwide, including startups, expansions, repositioning projects, and related financing transactions.
Throughout her career, Ms. Hawthorne has collaborated closely with executive management teams and boards, providing strategic guidance in business planning, financial and market feasibility, architectural design and construction, marketing and communications, operations, and innovative new growth initiatives. Her ability to bridge disciplines and drive results has helped organizations across the country achieve growth while maintaining mission-driven focus and fiscal responsibility.
Most recently, Ms. Hawthorne served as Chief Strategy and Integration Officer at LifeSpire of Virginia, a non-profit senior living organization comprising five life plan communities and a continuing care at home program. Her past roles include principal in the healthcare and senior living practice at the accounting and advisory firm of Dixon Hughes Goodman (now Forvis Mazars), and vice president of strategic partnerships and senior vice president of research and healthcare consulting at GlynnDevins.
Ms. Hawthorne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Communication Studies from the University of Virginia. With a deep passion for excellence in both senior living and hospitality, she is committed to upholding and enhancing Willow Valley Communities’ legacy of exceptional living and forward-thinking leadership.
