Each March, as we recognize Women’s History Month, the Lancaster Chamber takes time to celebrate the women who are shaping Lancaster County’s businesses, organizations, and communities. One of the ways we do this is through our Professional Women’s Forum, a signature event of our Women in Business (WIB) program.
On Friday, March 27, 2026, professionals from across Lancaster County will gather for the 2026 Professional Women’s Forum: Seasons of Growth, a full-day experience designed to inspire leadership, foster meaningful connections, and provide practical tools for personal and professional development.
The Lancaster Chamber’s Women in Business program connects, cultivates, and celebrates women across Lancaster County by offering the strategies, resources, and community needed to navigate challenges and achieve success in the workplace. The program also welcomes professionals who consider themselves allies of women in the workplace, encouraging them to participate and learn how to better support their colleagues.
This year’s theme, Seasons of Growth, reflects the idea that leadership and personal development unfold over time. Like the seasons, growth requires reflection, renewal, challenge, and momentum. The Forum is designed to spark both personal and professional growth in ways participants can carry forward into their workplaces and communities.
Keynote Speaker: Stephanie Painter of Painterland Sisters
We are excited to welcome Stephanie Painter, Co-CEO of Painterland Sisters, as the keynote speaker for this year’s event.

Her work has earned national recognition, including Forbes 30 Under 30 and Organic Entrepreneur of the Year by Organic Voices. Stephanie’s story offers powerful insights into leadership, innovation, and building purpose-driven businesses.
