Apartment sizes in the expansion will range from 1,118-1,597 square feet and entrance fees start at $229,000. As with the other 376 apartments, cottages, villas, and carriage homes, at Homestead Village Life Plan Community, the Townstead Apartments will offer maintenance-free living and resident-centered amenities all on one conveniently located campus.
