What is Women in Business?
Women in Business is designed to equip professional women with the knowledge, strategies, and resources needed to navigate challenges and achieve success in the workplace as well as to provide opportunities to connect with businesswomen across Lancaster County.
What to Expect!
The Women's Roundtable fosters meaningful peer-to-peer connection and discussion for top-level professional businesswomen and owners in an invigorating and confidential environment. The Roundtable is designed to encourage participants to exchange insight, offer feedback, and express challenges they’re facing as female founders and owners while cultivating a valuable network.
The Women's Roundtable includes the option to host a presenter or educational component at meetings to introduce best practices or address relevant issues. Roundtable content and discussions are guided by a select group of Co-Chairs in partnership with a Lancaster Chamber staff member.
In This Session...
Family, work, and life in general pull us in so many directions. Hear from a panel of accomplished women who will share life lessons on how they have managed to create dynamic teams and prioritize time in their company in order to volunteer and give back to the community. They will share how this focus and commitment has made their companies even stronger.
