What is the Lancaster Chamber's Roundtable Program?

Roundtables foster meaningful peer-to-peer connection and discussion in an invigorating and confidential environment. Roundtables are designed to encourage participants to exchange insight, offer feedback, and express challenges they're facing in their position or organization while cultivating a valuable network. Roundtable sessions include the option to host a presenter or educational component at meetings to introduce best practices or address relevant issues. Roundtable content discussions are guided by a select group of Co-Chairs in partnership with a Lancaster Chamber staff member.

Many businesses are struggling to fill existing job openings, slowly depleting their hiring resources, and feeling as though they are running out of options. 

Across all industries and sectors of business, a tight labor market is disrupting our businesses and economy. 

Join us on August 3 for our first facilitated HR Roundtable session where we will discuss today's labor market, as well as the current skill shortage crisis, and brainstorm way to buy, build, and borrow talent with other HR professionals. Hear from HR experts who will share both their successes and their failures and learn new tools and tips to help you in the search for talent during these unprecedented times.
