Wage Survey: Includes wage history charted in a graph format for easy reference; descriptions of each position for a handy comparison to your company's job descriptions, as well as a list of general wage and salary increases that includes cost of living and merit increases
Policies & Benefits Survey: Quantifies local companies' practices on wage administration, part-time workers, insurance, vacation, collective bargaining and many other employment issues. Includes an Executive Summary from Central Penn Business Group on Health.
