CEO, Fulton Financial Advisors
Dave joined Fulton Private Bank & Fulton Financial Advisors in 2007. He has 35+ years of experience in investments and trust banking. He earned a BS degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University and an MBA degree from Georgia State University. He has been a member of the Advisory Board of the American Bankers Association Wealth Management Conference and co-chaired the Advisory Board of the ABA Private Wealth Management School. Dave is a past Chairman of the ABA National Graduate Trust School and served on the faculty of that school for several years. Dave is a charter member of the CEB Wealth Executive Roundtable and is a member and past Chairman of the Trust and Wealth Executive Association. Dave serves as a board chair, board member, or committee chair of several community organizations including the Boy Scouts, the Lancaster Cleft Palate Clinic, Bible Visuals International, Southland Christian Camp, and Harvest Bible Church.

Keith joined Fulton Financial Advisors & Fulton Private Bank in 2011. He has over 25 years of financial industry experience focusing primarily on the investment management of individual and institutional investment portfolios. He is responsible for leading the investment organization by setting overall investment policy, establishing client portfolio management guidelines and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive investment solutions within Fulton Financial Advisors’ disciplined, client centric approach to wealth management. He speaks publicly on the economy and capital markets. Keith received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Ursinus College and holds a Master of Science degree in Banking and Finance Management from Boston University. He also holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Financial Analyst Society of Philadelphia.
