The WORK WISDON SERIES was created to provide professional and personal development as we navigate the COVID19 pandemic. We recommend registering for all three, to maximize learning, but registering for individual session is an option.

The team at Work Wisdom has committed their lives to researching and sharing actionable, helpful practices for transforming DIS-stress into EU-stress, for mitigating burnout, and for fostering flourishing. Join Kedren and Sarah to learn five concrete mindsets, behaviors, and habits to foster wellbeing and optimal work-life integration into your personal and organizational new normal.

Authentic Communication is the make or break factor for leaders, teams and organizations during the remote era. During this interactive workshop, Kedren and Sarah will teach three remote communication techniques to enable you and your teams to practice Authentic Communication to foster efficiency, psychological safety and joy. Join us to learn how to mitigate zoom exhaustion, select the proper medium for communicating, and techniques for co-creating clear, realistic expectations.

True collaboration is the cornerstone for developing the creative business strategies necessary to navigate the pandemic. During this interactive workshop, Sarah and Kedren will teach participants the two key dimensions of real collaboration, as well as the necessary questions we must ask ourselves and others to truly collaborate.
