This event is currently postponed and we are evaluating our rescheduling options. Due to the nature of the program, we will have access to the simulcast recordings through the end of 2020 which gives us time to plan accordingly and ensure we can host this event regardless of when Leadercast Live intends to stream it. This flexibility allows us to look at our calendar and pick a date we can all plan around. Our goal is the same--to offer this inspiring day-long professional development event to the Lancaster community that has proven to be an incredible team-building experience. No pain, no gain! Revenue Diversification is Difficult but Necessary
Unless your organization has nearly unlimited capital to invest, diversification and evolution of your business model can be a painful process. However, Lancaster County’s success as a business community has tracked with our willingness to diversify and evolve. Learn how a municipal authority has evolved its business model and find an application to your business!
Meet our Presenter: Tom Adams, LCSWMA
Tom Adams is the Chief Operating Officer at LCSWMA, a regional waste authority recognized as one of the top public waste systems in the North America.
In his nearly 15 years at LCSWMA, he has held various management roles, in recycling, business development, and operations. Tom has managed many of LCSWMA’s business diversification efforts, including small-scale renewable energy project development and territory expansion through acquisition of a near-by waste facility.
Tom serves on the Lancaster Chamber’s Advocacy Committee, is a member of the Rotary Club of Lancaster, and a life-long learner. Currently, he and his wife are learning all the ins and outs of raising twin six-month-old daughters. In life as in business, every day is an adventure!
