Specialty Channel Marketing Manager

DAS, headquartered in Palmyra, PA, manufactures, imports, and distributes travel-related products and electronics that enhance the convenience, safety, comfort, and leisure of our customers' lives, while productively improving the profitability of our business partners. We are currently looking for a Manager, Channel Marketing—Specialty Markets. This Manager leads Specialty Channels marketing plan development & execution in line with DAS business objectives & marketing strategies to deliver “best-in-class” marketing to spec, on time, & in budget
• Devises Channel Marketing Programs for Consumer Electronics, Retail, and Promotional Product markets
• Builds Customer Loyalty (leveraging integrated, productive programs, promotions, merchandising, and communications.)
• Monitors competitive market, distributor, retailer, & product conditions to recommend insightful actions
• Manages Trade Shows & Events for assigned channels
• Works productively with sales managers, service managers, and their respective teams
• Manages cross-departmental marketing projects to spec, in time, on budget
Requirements
Key qualification requirements include:
• Represents DAS Corporate Values & Mission in all behaviors
• Is customer-centric, team-oriented, passionate and positive-minded
• Is formally educated in Marketing & Communications; with a 4-year bachelor degree
• Is a Customer Advocate leveraging research, insights, and experiences
• Has relevant experience developing channel marketing programs; (experience in Electronics, Auto & Travel products, a plus)
• Demonstrates a successful understanding of and relationship to various sales channels (two-step, one-step)
• Possesses strong verbal & written communication skills
• Is process-oriented—utilizing tools, technology & team to drive desired results
• Is computer literate with capability in email, Microsoft Office, and related business & communication tools
