You’ll have a unique opportunity to learn more about the inner workings of the host organization, including requirements to serve the industry. Discover the impact of advancing technologies and view first-hand the initiatives that have been implemented to improve operations.

Dutchland, Inc. manufactures and constructs quality pre-stressed concrete environmental solutions for customers who value quality and require high standards.  Dutchland, Inc. specializes in engineering, manufacturing, and constructing Circular, Rectangular and Elliptical Precast Post-Tensioned Concrete Tanks, Custom Designed Wastewater Treatment Plants and other specialized concrete products for water and wastewater.

As a Precast/Pre-stressed Concrete Institute (PCI) certified producer, they ensure that quality and processes are maintained at the highest possible standards for their clients, which includes the U.S. Military, Municipalities, General Contractors and Private Developers.

Dutchland strives to be good environmental stewards and is proactive with green initiatives. There is no wasted concrete at the facility – any unused concrete is used to manufacture retaining blocks. Additionally, each precast concrete solution from Dutchland qualifies their clients for LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) credit points, as their storage tanks are recognized as environmentally safe by the US Green Building Council.

In addition, an active Wellness Committee proudly said “yes” to the following programs, events and company features:
• On-site corporate vegetable garden
• In-house “biggest winner” contest
• On Your Mark 5k run
• 10,000 steps
• American Heart Association walk
• Fitness Center
• Outdoor walking trail
• Company field trips to the Lancaster Science Factory, paintball excursions and rock climbing adventures
