"Designed for Growth – the Art & Science of How Your Business Performs"
featuring Jen Reiner, president of align, Ltd.

If you want to grow your business, go in a new direction or operate more effectively, you need to change your approach within some of the major components of how your business works. This session presents a straightforward template for visualizing and assessing what’s going on in the business. It will help you organize your plan around the main factors that affect achieving a meaningful purpose and generating sustainable profits.

By seeing your business through a new perspective, you’ll be better able to think creatively and apply a logical process to moving forward. You’ll be better able to see the big picture objectively, while narrowing your focus to the right areas for improvement. You may uncover opportunities for new customer groups, new products, new revenue streams or new operations priorities. Jen will walk-through relevant business examples that help to explain the 12 key elements of a business model and a few business model patterns that may inspire your creativity. Then, you’ll apply the model to assess your own business and imagine new possibilities.

You’ll leave with a draft version of your Business Model Blueprint, which can help prioritize objectives in your marketing and operations strategies.
