Meet Your Presenters:
Robert Kramer is the CEO of Advanced Solar Industries (ASI) in New Holland – the longest operating solar installation company in Pennsylvania. In his role, Robert sees himself and ASI as not only installing solar solutions, but also helping educate the business community on the benefits and critical importance of renewables. ASI also assists in the installation and operation of renewable solutions in developing countries.













Kathryn Ross, Founder KROSS Strategies, is a revenue focused leader with a unique blend of expertise based on 25 years of B2B and B2C experience with and for Fortune 500 companies, agencies, media entities as well as small- to mid-sized companies. An entrepreneurial spirit rooted in analytical best practices. Her emphasis is in the successful development, implementation and execution of sales, marketing and new business models that lead directly to increased revenue growth and results for start-up, midsize and nationally-known leaders in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, financial services, technology, luxury products, environmental services, building supplies, and interior furnishings. She is also a mentor and VP of Marketing for SCORE, a Board member of the Millersville University Foundation and Clare House.
