Education Workshop at the Expo: Aligning Marketing with your Revenue and Sales Goals

 

A common challenge for small to mid-size businesses is aligning their marketing activities with their revenue and sales goals.  While the operational teams of sales and marketing have different functions, they share strong common interests and play intertwined roles around company perception, revenue, market growth, processes and tools.
