Successful projects are equal parts project management and business analysis. Project Management Academy: Path to Success, gives you the best of both worlds by providing an integrated approach to project strategy and implementation using industry standards from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). In order to apply what is learned and create real business value, a relevant project will be identified by participants in the first class. Specific work projects will be assigned throughout the duration of the class that will be reviewed and commented on by the instructor. Participants will complete a final work project as an assessment and deliverable which will directly impact their business operations.

This course combines web-based and instructor-led training, giving working professionals flexibility while still providing the invaluable support and synergy gained from live discussions with the instructor and fellow learners. Class time will be dedicated to reinforcement of the online material and project work and will provide an opportunity for deeper discussion and interaction between the instructor and peers. The course materials will be available for 11 weeks beginning September 14. Class dates are September 14, October 19 and November 30 from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Lancaster Chamber, 115 East King Street, Lancaster.
