"Breaking Down the Barriers to Good Communication"
featuring Bonnie Sussman-Versace, CEO of FOCUSED, LLC

Identify what holds you back from good communication with your co-workers, supervisors, subordinates, colleagues and peers. By using individual words to describe the barriers, you will start to understand how barriers are built and, more importantly, how to break them down in order to improve communication at all levels in an organization. Using large and small group discussion and activities, you will learn how words, voice tone and body language influence communication; how assumptions, fears and biases can hinder our ability to communicate effectively; and how to use simple tools to help break down the barriers to good communication, one word at a time.
