"Building a Culture of Fun in the Workplace"

featuring Lori Dierolf, owner, Open Door Training

Entrepreneur magazine defines culture as “a blend of the values, beliefs, taboos, symbols, rituals and myths all companies develop over time. Whether written as a mission statement, spoken or merely understood, corporate culture describes and governs the ways a company's owners and employees think, feel and act.” What does your current culture say about your organization? Is it possible to change? During this session, you will learn how cultures form, the importance of consciously developing your desired culture in the workplace and how to do so - at little or no cost - through employee engagement, staff education and other interactions with your team.
