This popular summertime celebration attracts an average of 800 business professionals each year for an enjoyable evening of networking, great food, contests and so much more. This year’s Picnic will feature a hearty selection of delicious summertime barbecue favorites with plenty of appetizers, a full dinner and an array of tempting desserts, provided by Hess' Barbecue Catering, as well as frozen treats from Maggie Moo's Ice Cream and Treatery. As always, cold beer and non-alcoholic refreshments will be offered throughout the evening.
Only 3 spots remaining! The Chamber is hosting its second annual Home Brew Beer Contest for Charity, sponsored by FASTSIGNS, at the Picnic. If you or someone from your organization is an amateur beer maker, be sure to sign up for the contest. A maximum of 10 brewers may participate. The entrance fee is $25 and proceeds, along with proceeds from the sale of beer samples, will be shared between the pre-selected charities of the overall winner and the “People’s Choice” winner. The Chamber will also be raffling off items. For just $1 (one ticket), $5 (six tickets) and $10 (15 tickets), you could enter to win fun, must-have prizes, such as a:
All donated items are from local, Chamber member companies. All funds raised will be used toward the promotion and implementation of our Think Local campaign.
The cost to attend is $32 each (one ticket); $180 each for a Party Pack (six tickets); and $280 each for a Super Pack (10 tickets). All ticket sales are final.

A member must cancel an event registration no less than 48 hours before the event if attendance is not possible. If the registration was not cancelled, cancelled after the deadline or no one attended the event, it is considered to be a “no show” and payment is still required.
