"Taking a Pro-Active Role in Your Company's Workers' Comp Program"
Featuring Steve Stramara of The Seltzer Group Risk Management & Insurance
Stramara will discuss how to take a pro-active role in your workers’ compensation program and what the cost of inaction actually is. He will also discuss claims, claims management, how human resources management ties into the workers’ compensation system and the legal issues involved in a workers’ compensation claim. Solutions to issues with human resources, hiring, safety, supervisor management and claims handling will also be discussed.
