Workers' Compensation Forum
Want the latest updates on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA)? The Lancaster Chamber’s Workers’ Compensation Forum is giving you the opportunity to hear critical updates on the implementation of PPACA from Eric Athey, Esq., a member in McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC’s Labor and Employment Law Group.
Eric will provide insight into the timeline, impact on states and patients, outlook for further legislation and implementation phases of healthcare reform. Additionally, while many of PPACA’s biggest requirements don’t take effect until 2014, employers and health plans must be mindful of the compliance requirements that will soon take effect and Eric will share key areas that employers should be focused on now.
