"Strategies And Processes For Successfully Connecting With People"
featuring David Ashcraft, Senior Pastor of LCBC Church
Twenty-five years ago, 35 people began meeting in a Marietta family's garage for Sunday worship. As of December 2011, nearly 11,000 people meet weekly at three church campuses. In early 2011, LCBC was named the 38th largest church in the United States with a total number of worshippers  expected to reach 15,000 in 2012 when two more campuses are opened. "Connect" is one of LCBC's core strategies, both in getting people to visit one of its campuses and keeping them plugged into fellowship with and service to others. All organizations can learn from these successful strategies.
