The banking and financial industries have been subject to many challenges, reforms and conditions in recent times, and it's important that business leaders are aware of the current state of the banking industry. The panelists, made up of local bank presidents, will provide a localized perspective about the state of the banking industry, as well as address the industry's short-term challenges and long-term opportunities for Lancaster County.
