The Women in Business Group provides growth-minded professional women with a friendly and welcoming environment where they can network. Businesswomen from all professional levels and backgrounds come together to share ideas and learn about relevant topics.

Women in Business Program
The Program provides growth-minded professional women with a friendly and welcoming environment where they can network and share ideas. Businesswomen will have a chance to hear best practices from fellow professionals during professional development luncheons.

Women in Business After-Hours Networking
An opportunity for women to build business contacts and maximize their networking while relaxing with refreshments and hors d’oeuvres at a variety of locations throughout the County. A facilitated networking session kicks off the session to help attendees feel comfortable striking up conversations with their peers.

Mentoring Program
The Chamber recognizes how important educating the future workforce is to the continued success of the business community and the County's quality of life. As part of our commitment to serving the community, The Chamber is offering a mentoring program to help educate and connect female students to professional businesswomen. For savvy businesswomen looking to invest in the future workforce, The Chamber encourages you to offer guidance and advice and consider taking part in this worthwhile endeavor - mentoring. 

Professional Women’s Forum  
A day of professional development designed specifically for women in business, the Forum is highlighted by a keynote address from a regional and noteworthy businesswoman. Breakout sessions tailored to women in executive and mid-management to entry-level positions are also part of the Forum.
