Training
Our training programs and academies foster increased productivity, greater commitment and higher levels of success. The Chamber also brings accomplished regional and national speakers to Lancaster for members to benefit from their expertise – providing a valuable learning experience without an extended time commitment or expensive travel.
The Chamber’s Excellence Exchange offers unparalleled professional development for individuals and teams committed to continuous improvement. This bi-monthly series provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable first-hand knowledge from the region’s most dynamic and accomplished business leaders. Following each presentation, participants engage in a roundtable exchange with their peers, expanding their understanding of the concepts.

The Chamber works continuously to meet the needs of its extensive membership - more than 120,000 individuals who range in position type, skill level and industry. To achieve this, The Chamber offers a variety of training sessions on multiple topics.
Professional Development Fridays are free weekly training sessions for all Chamber members. Presented by local experts, sessions are held on Fridays at Southern Market Center. These sessions serve as an opportunity for you to learn from local business professionals on topics such as leadership, management, marketing, legal issues, customer service, environment and more. These sessions are ideal for anyone looking to enhance their business and career. To view the third quarter speakers and topics, Click Here.
