Boy Scouts of America-Pennsylvania Dutch Council’s Joost receives award

Boy Scouts of America-Pennsylvania Dutch Council recognized Fred W. Joost with the Silver Antelope Award. The award is presented annually to a Scout of exceptional character who provides distinguished service to the youth of Scouting at the regional level. Boy Scouts of America-Pennsylvania Dutch Council provides an educational program for boys and young adults to build character, train in the responsibilities of participating citizenship and develop personal fitness.
