Employees are the backbone of a business and increasing morale among them equals more efficient and productive employees. The Chamber invites you to attend our annual Membership Picnic to recognize and celebrate your employees for their continued dedication to your business.
"Extending an invitation to employees is a great way to boost morale and provide staff an opportunity to foster relationships with other Chamber members, as well as help to create a sense of community among the overall private sector," stated Cheryl Irwin-Bass, vice president of The Chamber.
The Chamber's annual Membership Picnic is an after-hours event that's fun for the entire office. For just one low cost, you can treat your employees to all the fun of a company picnic without the hassle of planning and clean-up. The Picnic features a hearty barbecue meal, sweet treats, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, music and plenty of opportunities to network.
Back by popular demand, The Chamber is hosting its second annual Home Brew Contest for Charity. If you or someone from your organization is an amateur beer maker, be sure to sign up for the contest. A maximum of 10 brewers may participate. The entrance fee is $25 and proceeds, along with proceeds from the sale of beer samples, will be shared between the pre-selected charities of the overall winner and the "People's Choice" winner.
